On October 21, 2022, Murphy Charitable Foundation Uganda, in collaboration with Glovo Uganda, undertook a significant charity outreach initiative at the Uganda Cancer Institute. Our mission was clear: to bring essential supplies, warmth, and support to children battling cancer in the children’s cancer ward. Through this outreach, we provided nutrient-rich foods and essential items such as clean water, soap, sugar, buckets, and snacks. Each item was carefully chosen to meet the basic needs of these brave children and to bring comfort to their families, who are navigating incredibly challenging circumstances.
Over the years, we have reached countless vulnerable communities across Uganda, and our work has shown that even the smallest act of kindness can make a world of difference. This recent outreach at the Uganda Cancer Institute is part of a larger series of health initiatives aimed at supporting children in hospitals nationwide. We are proud to have brought smiles and hope to these children and look forward to supporting many more hospitals in Uganda.

By working together, we were able to make a meaningful impact at the Uganda Cancer Institute, supplying essentials that many families struggle to access.
